Today we saw a baseball player with pain in his throwing arm. Treatment consisted of "The SPARK Arm Care Solution", with cupping and RockTaping, for accelerated recovery. How much water do you drink per day?
We often don’t know when our body is properly hydrated. But we need water before and after training for proper function, recovery and restoration. The likelihood of getting fatigued, being unable to complete your workout or feeling drained afterwards is much higher when you’re dehydrated. Dehydration also makes you more prone to injuries.
A good rule of thumb to get through your workout is to hydrate 1-3 days before your intended workout and avoid binge drinking water right before.
